Fujitsu UMPC News
There was a lot of news about Fujitsu's upcoming UMPC in the news yesterday. This is the convertible "flip" unit that we have been seeing pictures of for a few weeks now, but some real details are finally out. There has been an official announcement...

While so far people have had mixed feelings about the device, I am really exciting. I had a great experience with the Fujitsu P7230 and have liked what I have seen of the P1610D so I think Fujitsu is onto something lately. The U Series UMPC is basically a smaller version of the P1610D (something which seems impossible). The processor is not going to be very powerful and typing will be tough, but this could be one of the coolest UMPCs that we see this year.
One thing that really worries me is Vista Business. If Intel's ULV Core Solo (U1400) processors have trouble pushing Vista, I don't know how the A110 Sealey is going to do. Luckily XP versions will be available first so we will be able to see how it does with that, though it is still a concern.
Here are stories all over, but it looks like PC World got to it first...
