I just caught this post on EFF.org which is basically pointing out how the EFF is doing their best to make sure that the government has to obtain a search warrant before they are allowed to search and/or seize emails stored by your email provider. Pretty interesting stuff... especially when email is the main method of communication used by so many people and within many businesses. Thanks Techmeme!
